Printing
All photos are printed on ultra premium luster paper. Luster paper allows for great color saturation with minimal glare. It has a slight gloss with a subtle pearl-like texture.

If you cannot find the photo you are looking for, please contact me. I have additional portfolio images that can be offered as prints or we can discuss a custom photoshoot to secure the perfect image.
Shipping Information
Local pickup is available at no charge. For all other options, prints are mailed in “stay flat” mailers and shipped with Canada Post.
Large Format
Currently 16×20 prints and 18×24 matted prints are only available for local pickup. If you are unable to pickup and are interested in a large format print, please contact me and we can arrange local printing or custom shipping options.
Other Formats
If you would like to discuss options for a framed print, canvas or aluminum panel print, please contact me.
All matted prints are printed on ultra premium luster paper, mounted on an acid free foamcore backing with a white outer and black inner double mat and a protective plastic sleeve.

Each print is made to order, so I unfortunately can’t accept returns if you change your mind.
All prints are guaranteed to be of the highest quality and will be replaced if they don’t meet your expectations.
Damaged Prints
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case of damaged or defective packaging or prints, please take a photo of the unopened packaging and include it with your email.
Refunds
If the print doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a full refund of the purchase price. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. The refund process covers the full value of the print, excluding the shipping fees, once you send us the print back (within 30 days of receiving the print). We will refund you within 24-48 working hours of receiving the returned print on your credit card. Please remember it can take some time for your credit card company to process the refund.
